Invite issued shortly after enrolment. Logging into the portal gives direct access to SOCS.
The Parent Portal is a secure area for parents to access sensitive content and important information about your child's school day and progress. Details on reporting student absence can also be found here on the dashboard page.
ParentMail
Age group: All
Key features: Communication from schools, Year 7-13 Cashless catering payments, Trips payments, Parents evenings.
Login: The invitation to set up the account will be automatically issued by the school.
ParentMail is your main communication tool from the school. We will send regular electronic correspondence from here, and you will also be able to make payments for trips, cashless catering etc. We also use ParentMail for Parents Evenings, where you can view available appointment slots and book your preferred times with teachers.
SOCS
Age group: Year 1-13
Key features: Co-curricular choices, Sports fixtures, Peripatetic bookings.
Login: Login to the Parent Portal, and click the SOCS link in the top bar.
SOCS is used for our co-curricular programme across our schools for signing up to clubs. This is done by parents in younger years, but from Year 7 onwards it is the students that make the selections. We also use SOCS for sports fixtures, where you can see full details for each match including the opponent, location, team sheet, start and finish times, and results. Peripatetic lessons are arranged through SOCS.
Tapestry
Age group: Early Years
Key features: Learning Journal, Reports.
Login: The invitation to set up the account will be automatically issued by the school.
Tapestry is an app used in our Early Years settings as a journal for your child. It records their unique experiences, development, learning journey, and contains access to reports.
Zeelo
Age group: Year 1 upwards
Key features: School transport bookings and tracking.
Login: Parents need to contact the relevant school office and fill in a form to request an invitation to the system.
Zeelo manages our Home To School Transport (HTST) services, allowing parents to book seats on buses, make payments for those bookings and track the bus.
