A creative community, where ideas, individuals and imaginations thrive
The Junior School at Dame Bradbury’s is one of two Junior Schools in the Stephen Perse Foundation educating boys and girls following the same curriculum and vision for education designed to encourage independent, creative and reflective thinking. Dame Bradbury’s is located in Saffron Walden; the sister Junior School at Rosedale House is located in the centre of Cambridge.

The outside world can seem scary to a small person. We make sure it’s a warm, welcoming, happy (and decidedly noisy) place, where every challenge leads to a real achievement.
Exploring drama, the arts, music and sport is integral to learning here. From ballet to gardening, textiles to tennis – our enrichment activities encourage our pupils to collaborate, build confidence and discover new skills and interests.
Keep up to date on forthcoming activities in both Pre-Prep and Prep.
