OUR CLOTHING RECOMMENDATIONS

FEET

In average weather we recommend wellies with 2 pairs of socks. The bottom a thin cotton sock then top sock a thick wool or fluffy bed sock or Heat holder socks.

Warm wellies are our recommended wellies until the very cold weather arrives.

Happy Little Soles supply Kaiden boots which are lightweight waterproof hiking boots for kids – great before it gets too cold! When it gets very cold Happy Little Soles are a recommended supplier for snow boots

We also love Bogs child-friendly boots, perfect for wet weather days, click here for Bogs website.

HEADS

A good hat is a must.

HANDS

We suggest thick, waterproof ski gloves. Didriksons do very good mittens for cold weather. Once wet however, woollen gloves/mitten stay wet!

On really cold days, fleece mittens on top of the woollen gloves will help keep the children's hands extra warm.
